Important Notice: This certification remains valid provided the instrument is handled with professional care. Certification becomes invalid if the audiometer is:
- Misused, roughly handled, or physically broken.
- Subjected to unauthorized repairs.
- Transported via road, air, or rail without a dedicated anti-vibration case.
- Used at a new site without a subjective calibration test being performed prior to testing.
