Your field: Audiology

Say goodbye to soundproof-box drudgery

Still tied to the booth? The GeoAxon Kuduwave lets audiologists serve more patients, in more places, with dignified diagnostics that are as easy as putting on a headset.

Your practice, unleashed

Audiology has evolved. Why are you still stuck in a box?

Whatever shape your ambition takes, the Kuduwave fits it. It doesn't compete with the sound booth on the booth's terms - it makes the booth optional.

A busy fixed practice

Add test rooms without building booths. Any quiet room becomes a fully equipped diagnostic space.

A lean start-up

Headset, audiometer and sound-attenuating enclosure in one device that plugs into your laptop - no booth to buy or install.

A truly mobile service

Homes, care facilities, schools and outreach sites - or tele-audiology, with the patient in one place and you in another.

Why professionals switch

Powerful simplicity, not complex, clunky tech

We believe real innovation is advanced medical technology made intuitive - precise, effective, and a pleasure to use.

No limits to care

One lightweight, robust headset combines the audiometer and the sound attenuation, so geography stops deciding who gets tested.

Truly portable

The Kuduwave connects by USB and draws its power from your laptop. No separate power supply, no complex set-up.

Efficient testing

Manual or automated threshold testing, with your own protocols, so you can see more patients and spend your time where it matters.

Backed by research

Validated against sound-booth audiometry in peer-reviewed studies. Read the research.

Quality control in your hands

Digital components instead of analogue ones, ambient noise monitored during the test, and built-in objective calibration verification (X-Check).

Tele-audiology ready

Test a patient remotely with the audiologist online, from busy clinics to the most remote corners of the map.

The Kuduwave effect

More patients. Trusted results. Better care.

No, it's not magic - it's engineering. Here is how one audiologist in northern Namibia describes working with us across a continent.

GeoAxon is always eager to help, via phone or TeamViewer, especially with me living far out in Namibia. I am the only Kuduwave user in the entire northern part of the country. GeoAxon always keeps us updated with more audiology-related information. Keep it up.

Answers for audiologists

Is the Kuduwave audiometer truly portable?

Yes. The Kuduwave is a lightweight headset that connects to your laptop with a USB cable and draws all the power it needs from it - no separate power source and no sound booth. From a busy clinic to a remote outreach site, you can take it wherever your patients are.

Are the results as accurate as testing in a sound booth?

The Kuduwave has been validated against sound-booth audiometry in peer-reviewed studies. Those studies compared Kuduwave thresholds with booth audiometry under stated conditions - in particular, the ambient noise during the test must stay within the limits studied, which is why the Kuduwave monitors noise while you test.
